The Neurobiology Doctoral Students Workshop (NeuroDoWo) has been organized by PhD students for PhD students over the years. This peer-led spirit is at the heart of what makes the event so special: a supportive, interdisciplinary space where early-career neuroscientists can connect, share ideas, and grow together.
For NeuroDoWo 2026 in Würzburg, our dedicated local organizing team — all current PhD students at the University of Würzburg — is working hard to bring you an inspiring programme of keynotes, student talks, posters, workshops, and plenty of networking opportunities.
Our Organizing Committee

We are a small but passionate group of PhD candidates from various neuroscience labs across the University of Würzburg. Together, we handle everything from scientific programme planning and speaker invitations to logistics, funding, and participant support.
Why We Do This
As fellow PhD students, we know how valuable it is to have a low-pressure, student-focused conference where you can present your work, get constructive feedback, and build connections without the usual hierarchy. We're excited to create that space again in 2026!
Get in Touch
